ALMACO weld fixture table specs
These tables were designed by fabricators for fabricators. ALMACO developed and tested them in its own plants, where it builds heavy equipment for the construction and agriculture industries.
Pick the size, the steel thickness and whether you want locking casters. Tables are built to order for the 2026 model year.

- Standard top: 3/8 in Grade 50 American steel; 1/2 in Grade 50 upgrade available
- 2 in grid spacing; 16 mm holes on smaller tables, 28 mm on larger tables
- Top row holes drilled and tapped: 5/8 in - 11 or 1 in - 12 depending on model
- Flatness held to +/- .02 in
- Working height 38.8 in to 44.05 in, depending on the feet
- Weights from about 464 lbs (2.5' x 4') to about 2,670 lbs (4' x 8' with 1/2 in top)
- Optional locking casters for tables you need to move

How much does a weld fixture table cost?
Prices are listed by size and options. The 3' x 3' starts at $4,510, the 2.5' x 4' at $4,620, the 3' x 5' at $4,839, the 4' x 4' at $4,950, the 3' x 8' at $7,699 and the 4' x 8' at $8,635. The 4' x 8' with a 1/2 in steel top is $8,855. Freight is quoted separately.
What sizes can I get?
Six sizes: 2.5' x 4', 3' x 3', 3' x 5', 3' x 8', 4' x 4' and 4' x 8'. Side heights range from 4 in to 11 in depending on the model.
Can I upgrade the top or add casters?
Yes. You can move from the standard 3/8 in Grade 50 top to 1/2 in Grade 50, and add locking casters. For example, the 4' x 4' with the 1/2 in top and locking casters is listed at $5,792.
How accurate is the hole pattern and the top?
The grid is on 2 in spacing and the top row of holes on all sides is drilled and tapped, 5/8 in - 11 or 1 in - 12 depending on the model. Tops are held to +/- .02 in flatness.
