Need flat, accurate surfaces? Clausing CSG series precision surface grinders come in manual, hydraulic and automatic models with cast iron construction, Turcite B coated ways and auto lubrication.
Grinding round parts? FERMAT CNC cylindrical universal grinders handle external, conical, shape and face-surface grinding, plus internal grinding with the attachment. Ball screws and servomotors drive the wheel head and table.
- Clausing CSG series: table sizes 6" x 18" to 20" x 40", spindle motors 2 to 7.5 hp
- Spindle speeds 1750 to 3450 rpm, grinding wheels 8" to 14" diameter
- Clausing CSG3A1224: 11.81" x 23.62" table, 5 hp spindle, hydraulic table with servo crossfeed
- Automatic models use a Delta PLC controller with 7.2" color touch screen
- FERMAT BUC E 63/4000: 24.8" swing, 157.5" centers, FERMAT FANUC control, new and in stock
- FERMAT BHC/BHCR 63/5000: 24.8" swing, 196.85" centers, workpieces up to 8,800 lb
- BHCR rotary wheel head with B-axis can carry up to three tools in one clamping
- Clausing grinders run on 230 or 460 volt, 3 phase power; other voltages need a transformer
- Norton grinding wheels and Newall digital readouts also available
