Autonomous Wellsite Intelligence
Oil and Gas Monitoring That Runs Without a Site Visit
Zensory.ai watches your remote sites around the clock with AI video, infrared gas imaging and sound detection, then alerts you only on real problems.
- See methane, equipment and site activity in one platform
- Edge computing keeps working with little or no signal
- Alerts by dashboard, email, text or SCADA API
13+ years operating. 200+ remote sites monitored, including a 220-site Appalachian program.

Why Operators Choose Well Checked
Cut route-based site visits
Mid-sized to large operators spend $1M-$5M+ a year on route visits. Continuous monitoring lets you operate by exception instead.
Alerts you can trust
AI site learning builds a normal baseline in about 2 days, so you hear about true fugitive events, not every normal process puff.
Works where signal does not
Onsite edge computing processes and stores data locally, then syncs when the network returns.
Sight, sound and gas in one system
High-resolution AI video, acoustic anomaly detection and LWIR optical gas imaging replace several point vendors.
Respond within 24 hours
Dispatch runbooks and near real-time alerts help teams acknowledge, dispatch and mitigate fast to minimize or eliminate EPA fines.
Data built for reporting
Zentinal IQ quantification supports EPA Subpart OOOOb/OOOOc submissions, state inventories, OGMP 2.0 Level 4/5, SASB and TCFD.
What the Zensory.ai Platform Monitors
Zensory.ai is a multi-sensor monitoring platform built, manufactured and operated by Well Checked Systems. It gives remote wellsites 360-degree coverage using sight, sound and gas detection, all processed on rugged hardware at the site itself.
The platform is built in three tiers. Zentinal Ops delivers visual and acoustic intelligence. Zentinal Core detects emissions across sensors and filters out false alarms. Zentinal IQ quantifies validated events for regulatory-defensible reporting. Start with detection and add reporting when you need it.
- High-resolution cameras with AI object detection and 360-degree site coverage
- Long-Wave Infrared optical gas imaging for day and night methane and VOC detection
- Acoustic AI that flags abnormal equipment sounds for predictive maintenance
- 1500+ videos analyzed per site per day at production scale
- Onsite edge computing with local storage and automatic network sync
- Near real-time alerts to the Well Checked Dashboard, email, text and SCADA via read-only API
- Rugged build for extreme temperature, vibration and harsh atmospheric conditions
- Purchase, lease or subscription, with a pilot program to evaluate first
Proven at Scale in the Field
“If all our sites are continuously monitored, when a Fugitive Gas Event occurs, which it will, we are proactively alerted and our team can acknowledge, dispatch, then mitigate within 24 hours. Rapid response to a timely methane survey event can minimize or eliminate EPA fines.”
What Happens Next
Tell us about your sites
Share site count, basin and what you need to watch: emissions, equipment or site activity.
We scope the deployment
We review sensor mix, connectivity, alert routing and any SCADA integration, then send pricing or a pilot plan.
Install and go live
Our crews install and commission the hardware, then AI site learning sets the normal baseline in about 2 days per site.
Frequently asked questions
How much does oil and gas monitoring cost?
Pricing is available on request. It depends on site count, sensor mix and use case. You can buy, lease or subscribe, and a pilot program is available to evaluate the system before a full rollout.
Can this replace our quarterly LDAR inspections?
The platform provides continuous monitoring instead of periodic snapshots. Detection event data is suitable as evidentiary basis for EPA methane rule (Subpart OOOOb/OOOOc) alternative-monitoring applications. We do not run manual crew-based camera surveys.
Will it work at sites with poor connectivity?
Yes. Onsite edge computing processes and stores data locally and runs without continuous network connectivity. Data syncs automatically when the network is available.
Where do you operate?
US continental onshore basins. We have confirmed deployments in the Appalachian Basin and are available in the Permian, Anadarko, Bakken, Eagle Ford, Denver-Julesburg, San Juan and other producing basins. We do not serve offshore sites.
How do alerts reach my team?
Near real-time alerts go to the Well Checked Dashboard, email, text and your SCADA system through a read-only published API that fits operator cybersecurity standards.
How do you avoid flooding us with false alarms?
Zentinal Core filters multi-sensor data and alerts only on true fugitive anomalies. AI site learning builds a site-specific baseline in about 2 days, and we provide alert-tuning services as your sites change.
