Continuous Wellsite Emissions Monitoring
Emission Monitoring System for Remote Oil & Gas Sites
Zensory.ai™ watches your wellsites 24/7 with infrared gas imaging, AI video and sound. You get real alerts on true leaks, not a flood of false alarms.
- Continuous data instead of quarterly LDAR snapshots
- LWIR optical gas imaging finds methane and VOCs day or night
- Defensible numbers for EPA, state, OGMP 2.0, SASB and TCFD
200+ remote sites monitored, including a 220-site Appalachian Basin program.

Why operators choose continuous emissions monitoring
Cut route-based site visits
Operate by exception. Mid-sized to large operators spend $1M–$5M+ a year on route-based visits. Continuous monitoring replaces much of that driving.
Alerts on real leaks only
Zentinal Core™ learns your site's normal baseline in about 2 days, then filters out false alarms so your team acts on true fugitive events.
Respond within 24 hours
Near real-time alerts reach your dashboard, email, text and SCADA. Fast acknowledge-dispatch-mitigate response can minimize or eliminate EPA fines.
Reporting you can defend
Zentinal IQ™ quantifies volume, duration and rate after an event is validated, so your submissions hold up with regulators.
Works without connectivity
Onsite edge computing processes and stores data locally, then syncs when the network returns. Good for remote sites.
One platform, three senses
Video, Long-Wave Infrared gas imaging and acoustic AI in one system. No need to buy and manage several point solutions.
What the Zensory.ai™ emission monitoring system includes
Zensory.ai™ is a multi-sensor monitoring platform built for US onshore upstream wellsites. High-resolution cameras with AI object detection give you 360° coverage. Long-Wave Infrared optical gas imaging spots methane and VOC plumes day and night. Acoustic AI listens for abnormal equipment sounds. Everything runs on onsite edge computing.
The platform works in three tiers. Zentinal Ops™ delivers visual and acoustic intelligence. Zentinal Core™ detects emissions across sensor streams and filters false alarms. Zentinal IQ™ quantifies validated events and builds regulatory-ready reports.
- 360° site coverage with 1500+ videos analyzed per site per day
- LWIR optical gas imaging at about one-third the cost of mid-wave IR
- Tells fugitive emissions apart from normal process emissions
- AI site learning sets the normal baseline in roughly 2 days
- Alerts by Well Checked Dashboard, email, SMS and read-only SCADA API
- Report formats for EPA Subpart OOOOb/OOOOc, state inventories, OGMP 2.0 Level 4/5, SASB and TCFD
- Rugged build for extreme temperature, vibration and harsh atmospheres
- Available by purchase, lease or subscription, with a pilot program option
Proven at production scale
“If all our sites are continuously monitored, when a Fugitive Gas Event occurs, which it will, we are proactively alerted and our team can acknowledge, dispatch, then mitigate within 24 hours. Rapid response to a timely methane survey event can minimize or eliminate EPA fines.”
What happens after you request a quote
We talk through your sites
Share your basin, site count and compliance drivers. We map which tiers fit: detection only, or detection plus quantification and reporting.
You get pricing and a pilot plan
Pricing is based on your deployment. We can scope a fixed-fee pilot on a set number of sites so you can prove value first.
We install and tune
Our crews install and commission the hardware, run AI site learning, connect alerts to your dashboard, email, SMS or SCADA, and tune sensitivity.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an emission monitoring system cost?
Pricing is available on request. It depends on your site count, which tiers you need and whether you purchase, lease or subscribe. A pilot program is available so you can evaluate the system before a full rollout.
Can this replace quarterly LDAR inspections?
The platform is built as a continuous alternative to periodic LDAR surveys. Detection event data is suitable as the evidentiary basis for EPA methane rule (40 CFR Part 60 Subpart OOOOb/OOOOc) alternative-monitoring applications.
Will it flood my team with false alarms?
No. Zentinal Core™ learns each site's normal baseline in about 2 days and filters routine process emissions. Alert-tuning services adjust per-site sensitivity and escalation rules as your baselines change.
What if my sites have poor or no connectivity?
Each system runs onsite edge computing with local processing and storage. It works without continuous network connectivity and syncs data automatically when the network is available.
Which areas do you serve?
US continental onshore producing basins. We have confirmed deployments in the Appalachian Basin and are available in the Permian, Anadarko, Bakken, Eagle Ford, Denver-Julesburg, San Juan and other US basins. Offshore is not covered.
Can alerts reach our control room systems?
Yes. Alerts go to the Well Checked Dashboard, email and SMS, and can feed your SCADA through a read-only published API that fits operator cybersecurity standards.
