A busbar run needs more than bar stock. We supply the solid copper bars, the flexible links that take up movement and vibration, and the supports and insulators that hold everything during a short circuit.
Send us the current, the bar size and the quantity. If the shape is special, laminated busbars can be cut, bent, twisted and drilled to your drawing before they ship.

How much does a busbar cost?
Pricing is quoted on request. Cost depends on the bar size, cross-section, length, any custom cutting or punching, and how many you need. Send your specs and we will price it.
What sizes of copper bar can I get?
Rigid copper bars come in 44 versions from 20 to 160 mm high, 4.5 to 10 mm thick and 1750 to 5800 mm long. Prepunched copper bars come in 11 versions, 1750 mm long, 25 to 125 mm high and 5 or 10 mm thick.
Can you supply custom lengths and hole patterns?
Yes. Isoflexx laminated busbars are made in custom lengths from 250 to 3000 mm, with cutting, bending, twisting, hole pattern insertion and press welded or tacked connections.
Do you also sell busbar supports and insulators?
Yes. We supply SB 44, SB 306, SB 7500, SB P 30 and SB C ER P supports for copper or aluminium bars, plus hexagonal insulators from 500 VAC to 2400 VAC. Supports are tested to hold busbars during a short circuit.

What ratings do the flexible busbars carry?
Ultraflexx flexible busbars work up to 1000 VAC and 1500 VDC, from -55°C to +125°C. Isoflexx laminated busbars run from -40°C to +105°C in the Classic version and up to +190°C in the Premium version.
