No. This advisory engagement supports your existing CISO with coaching, an independent sounding board and validation. If you do need someone in the seat, interim CISO (30-90 day stabilization) and fractional CISO engagements are offered separately.
How much does CISO advisory cost?
Pricing depends on scope, cadence and whether you want a one-time engagement or an ongoing retainer. Send your details and you will get a written scope and quote.
Do you sell security tools or run our monitoring?
No. There is no product, software, reselling, SOC or 24x7 monitoring. The practice does not perform penetration testing, technical audits or vendor selection. That keeps the advice independent.
Can you help our CISO prepare for the board or an audit?
Yes. Support includes board-communication coaching, a one-page plain-English briefing template, a board metrics dictionary and a quarterly update cadence, plus help preparing for audits and board cycles.
