Will it work with our existing signal cabinets?
Glance EVP hardware retrofits into existing traffic signal cabinets and self-locates during setup. Send us your cabinet and controller details and we will confirm fit.
Do you sell outside the Midwest?
No. We serve Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Infrared or cellular/GPS — which should we use?
Infrared uses line of sight. The Glance system uses cellular and GPS with 900MHz radio backup, so it does not rely on line of sight. We will walk through both for your routes.
Can you help with install and training?
Yes. TCC offers onsite troubleshooting, installation support, maintenance and service plans, and product and systems training through our factory-trained staff.
Do you also supply transit signal priority?
Yes. We supply transit signal priority (TSP) systems and EVP central management software alongside preemption hardware.
