Why agencies buy speed signs from TCC
One source for the whole system
Signs, beacons, controllers, poles, solar panels and mounting hardware from over 40 manufacturers.
Signs that flash only when needed
Radar-activated and speed-activated LED signs trigger when drivers speed, so motorists keep paying attention.
Power that fits the site
Solar-powered options skip costly wiring. AC with battery back-up keeps signs running during outages.
Remote control and alerts
The Glance platform lets you change schedules from anywhere and sends text or email alerts on lamp and power faults.
Local Midwest support
Factory-trained field service, onsite troubleshooting and product training across our 11-state territory.

Speed signs, beacons and LED sign systems we supply
Traffic Control Corporation is a distributor, not a manufacturer. That means we match your speed zone to the right product from JSF Technologies, Traffic Signs Inc., Applied Information and other partners, then back it with local service.
Most speed sign systems are built around the JSF Technologies WP6 Wireless Signal & Lighting Controller. It supports over 2,000 meters of wireless range, 64 radio channels, flash durations from 1 second to 99 days, and system-to-system flash synchronization so multiple signs flash together.
- Radar speed signs and speed limit alert displays
- Variable speed limit signs and illuminated MUTCD warning and regulatory signs
- Speed-activated LED embedded signs and flashing beacons (AB and CB Series)
