The AlphaCell 240XTV is part of Alpha Technologies' AlphaCell outside plant battery line. These are valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) standby batteries made for outdoor traffic, ITS and broadband power systems, where heat, cold and weather are part of the job.

No. Traffic Control Corporation sells and services in its 11-state Midwest territory: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Will this battery work with my existing cabinet?
Alpha traffic enclosures hold up to four AlphaCell batteries, including 195XTV, 240XTV, 3.5HP and 4.0HP, and pair with FXM HP UPS modules. Send your cabinet and UPS model and we will confirm the fit.
Can I order the rest of the backup power system too?
Yes. We also supply Alpha FXM UPS modules, UPS/BBS cabinets and outdoor Type 3R enclosures, bypass and transfer switches, battery heater mats, and solar panels and regulators.
What about cold Midwest winters?
Alpha battery heater mats are made for cold-climate deployments. The insulated design directs heat to the batteries and reduces battery heating costs by 30%.
