The PulseNet Production System (PPS) is an integrated hardware and software package. Operators sign in at touchscreen SmartStations, and the system collects, calculates and reports the productivity data you need to manage labor and equipment.

How much does a production tracking system cost?
Pricing is available on request. Cost depends on how many SmartStations and production points you need and which tracking modules you add, so we quote each plant after reviewing your operation.
Do I have to replace my washers and dryers?
No. Softrol does not build washers, dryers or tunnel washers. We supply controls, tracking hardware and software that integrate with the equipment you already run.
Where is my production data stored?
PPS data is stored locally at your plant, and you own it. LOIS is available as a local or cloud-based install, and there are no monthly data storage and analysis fees.
Can I track individual garments, not just totals?
Yes. SofTrak tracks individual items with RFID or barcode labels, giving usage counts, garment assignments, customer history and route accounting. MTrak does the same for mats.
Can I see reports when I am away from the plant?
Yes. LOIS works in any browser on a smartphone, tablet or PC, sends real-time alerts to your email, and lets you view more than one site from the same user account.
What support comes after installation?
Softrol provides installation, operator training and 24/7/365 technical support through a service ticket system, plus replacement parts and hardware repair. New parts carry a one year warranty and repaired items 90 days.
