SoftSort takes the manual work out of garment sorting. Each garment is read by RFID tag or barcode, then carried on overhead rail to the right spot. Operators stop handling every piece, and you get a clean count of what ran.

Pricing is available on request. Cost depends on your volume, the number of sort positions, your floor space and how much of the process you automate. How many garments can it sort per hour?
SoftSort processes up to 3,800 garments per hour. Mission Linen Uniform Service sorts 3,500 garments per hour and cut sort labor by 77% plus an additional eight full-time positions.
Will a sorter fit in my building?
Systems can be configured for limited floor space. A hybrid design uses powered rails where they are needed and less expensive slick rails for primary storage during the sort. Aramark's Nashville plant uses a ceiling-mounted semi-automatic sort design.
Do I need special hangers or mother hooks?
No. SoftSort uses standard hangers, so you do not have to buy mother hooks.
Do you install outside Georgia?
Yes. Softrol is headquartered in Acworth, Georgia and serves laundries across the United States and Canada, with international installations. Regional reps cover the Southeast and Western US.
What happens after the system is running?
Softrol provides installation, operator training, preventative maintenance and 24/7/365 technical support by phone and email through a service ticket system. New parts and products carry a one year warranty; repaired items carry a 90 day warranty.
