What the SofTrak garment tracking system includes
SofTrak is a complete rental product management system for industrial and institutional laundries. It uses RFID technology or bar codes to track individual items, so you can assign goods to customers, build accurate invoices and keep control of rotating stock.

How much does a garment tracking system cost?
Pricing is available on request. Cost depends on how many items you track, which SofTrak modules you need, and whether you use RFID, barcode or both. Tell us your volumes and we will quote it.
Do you use RFID or barcodes?
Both. SofTrak tracks individual items with RFID technology or bar codes, and MTrak labels mats the same way. We help you pick the method that fits your goods and process.
Will it work with our sorting and wash aisle equipment?
Yes. Softrol is a single-source supplier, so SofTrak works with SoftSort sortation, Softrol Rail, AutoPulse wash aisle controls and the LOIS dashboard from one vendor.
Can our customers see their own information?
Yes. The Web Interface gives your customers an online live view of their delivery schedules and invoices. PPS Cart can also let customers log on to view product status.
Do you serve laundries outside Georgia?
