Every Catalyst uses flow meter based injection with volumetric dosing and water flush verification, so you know the chemical left the pump and reached the machine. Softrol supplies the dispensing hardware; you keep your own chemical supplier.

No. Softrol builds and supports the dispensing and injection hardware. You keep working with your own chemical supplier.

Yes. The Catalyst Tunnel LT/LF is built for tunnel and continuous batch washers, with volumetric injection and water flush verification.
Will it work with our existing washers?
Softrol also supplies MicroPulse machine controls and control retrofits for washers, dryers and tunnel washers. We review your equipment during the quote and confirm how the dosing system integrates.
What warranty and support come with it?
New parts and products carry a one year warranty; repaired items carry 90 days. Technical support is available 24/7/365, with a service ticket program, replacement parts and RMA hardware repair.
