What the PPS Cart system does
PPS Cart covers the full loop: check-in, cart build and check-out. Each cart can carry an RFID tag or barcode, so you can track cart locations and tie goods to the right customer and route.
It is part of Softrol's Total Plant Management family, so PPS Cart works with other Softrol systems and reports through LOIS. You own your data, with no monthly data storage and analysis fees.

How much does a cart tracking system cost?
Pricing is available on request. Cost depends on the number of check-in and check-out points, cart ID method and the optional modules you choose, so we quote each plant individually.
Do carts get tracked by RFID or barcode?
Either. PPS Cart supports cart ID by RFID or barcode, and item labeling can use barcode or RFID as well.
Can it send data to our invoicing system?
Yes. PPS Cart includes export to an invoicing system, and an invoice system interface is available as an option.
Can our customers see their product status?
An optional customer web interface lets your customers log on to view product status.
Does it work with our other systems?
PPS Cart works with other Softrol products and reports through LOIS. DRP and PulseNet Productivity System interfaces are available as options.
