How much does an automated laundry system cost?
Pricing is quoted per project because scope, plant layout and volume differ. Tell us what you want to automate and we will price the system for your plant.
Can you work with the washers and dryers we already have?
Yes. Softrol does not build washers or tunnels, but supplies MicroPulse controls, control retrofits and single dryer control replacement that integrate with existing equipment.
We have limited floor space. Can we still automate sorting?
Yes. SoftSort can be configured for limited floor space, including hybrid designs that use powered rails where needed and slick rails for storage during sorting.
What support do we get after installation?
Technical support is available 24/7/365 by phone and email through a service ticket program, with OEM replacement parts and hardware repair by RMA. New parts and products carry a one year warranty; repaired items carry 90 days.
Where do you install systems?
Softrol serves the United States and Canada with international installations, from its headquarters at 1100 Northpoint Parkway, Acworth, GA.
Do you sell to laundromats or homes?
No. Softrol sells to industrial, healthcare, hospitality, uniform rental and institutional laundries. We do not supply consumer or coin-op vended laundry equipment.
