What goes into your measurement system
A test and measurement system is more than a sensor. You need the right transducer for the load or torque, electronics that condition the signal, and software that shows and stores the data. We build all three and match them to your application.
For load monitoring in the field, our wireless systems drop in and send real-time data to a base station and PC. The patented conveyor diagnostic system is one example, reading four components of load at once for predictive wear analysis.

Pricing is quote based, not off the shelf. Cost depends on capacity, number of axes, wireless or wired signal, electronics and software. Send your details and we will price the exact setup.
Can you build a system for an unusual application?
Yes. We offer custom sensor design, engineering and manufacturing, plus complete custom measurement system development that integrates sensors, electronics, signal conditioning and data acquisition.
Do you calibrate the sensors and supply certificates?
Yes. We calibrate and recalibrate in house and issue calibration certificates with traceable data. Calibration is free with SensorData electronics, or available for a fee with customer-supplied electronics.
What if the sensor is not right for our test?
Standard sensors carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 60-day return policy. Warranty options include free repair or a replacement part at our discretion, and free calibration on certain models for the first four years.
Can we monitor loads without running cables?
Yes. Our patented conveyor diagnostic system transmits real time data up to 750 feet at 915 MHz, SYNTH wireless torque sensors transmit over 500 feet, and the BT4000 flange driver works up to 100 feet.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We sell across the United States and internationally, including Europe. Standard and custom turnkey systems reach customers anywhere in the nation or across the world.
