Why engineers buy their electronics from us
Matched to your sensor
Our AC carrier and DC compatible electronics are built to work with our load cells and torque sensors, so the chain is right the first time.
Free calibration with a system
In-house calibration is free when the electronics are supplied with SensorData sensors as a complete system.
Lab-grade accuracy
The i100 bridge simulator holds ±0.03% accuracy with 6 ppm/F temperature stability and 0.0004 mV/V zero balance.
Talk to real engineers
Free technical consultation. Our team helps you pick the right conditioner, output and cabling for your application.
Portable and rugged
The i100 is pocket sized in a rugged anodized aluminum case, so it travels to the test cell or the field.
100% satisfaction guarantee
All standard products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 60-day return policy.
i200 conditioner and i100 bridge simulator
Strain gage sensors put out a few millivolts per volt. You need clean signal conditioning to turn that into a usable reading. SensorData builds the i200 AC carrier strain gage signal conditioning electronics for our rotary torque sensors, including the T258 and T260 high-speed models, and supports AC carrier or DC strain gage electronics across our force and multi-axis sensor lines.
The i100 Strain Gage Bridge Simulator gives you a known, repeatable mV/V input for developing, calibrating and troubleshooting conditioners, amplifiers, data loggers and complete measurement systems. It is completely passive, so no external power is required.
- i200: AC carrier strain gage signal conditioning electronics
- Required by T258 and T260 high-speed rotating torque sensors
- i100: 8 switch-selectable output steps from 0 to 5 mV/V
- i100: variable Vernier adjustment from 0 to 2 mV/V
- i100: true reverse polarity switch and gold plated internal contacts
- i100: 350-ohm equivalent bridge resistance, ±0.03% accuracy
- i100: 2 3/4 x 1 7/8 x 6 3/4 in, anodized aluminum case
- Connect by PT style connector or 4 color-coded spring-loaded test clips
- Works with AC carrier and DC strain gage signal conditioners
- Interconnecting cable assemblies and mating connectors available

Frequently asked questions
How much does signal conditioning cost?
Pricing is quote-based. Cost depends on the model, options and cabling you need, so send your requirements and we will price it for you.
Will your electronics work with my existing sensors?
Our electronics are designed for strain gage bridge sensors and work with AC carrier or DC strain gage setups. Send us your sensor details and an engineer will confirm the fit before you buy.
Is calibration included?
In-house calibration is free when the electronics are supplied as part of a complete SensorData system. Calibration with customer-supplied electronics is available for a fee.
Does the i100 bridge simulator need a power supply?
No. The i100 is a completely passive design, so no external power is required. It offers 8 output steps from 0 to 5 mV/V plus a variable 0 to 2 mV/V adjustment.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We sell across the United States and internationally, including Europe and other global markets.
What if the product is not right for my application?
Standard products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 60-day return policy.
