What you get with the Model i100 bridge simulator
A load cell tester is only as good as the signal it puts out. The Model i100 strain gage bridge simulator is completely passive, needs no external power, and simulates a 350-ohm bridge with 8 switch selectable output steps from 0 to 5 mV/V.
If the sensor itself is what needs checking, we calibrate and recalibrate load cells, force transducers and torque sensors in house and issue certificates. If you need a replacement sensor, our fatigue-rated load cells are guaranteed against fatigue failure for 100 million fully reversed cycles.
- Accuracy of plus or minus 0.03% with 6 ppm/F temperature stability

Does the i100 need a power supply or batteries?
No. The design is completely passive, so no external power is required. It connects by PT style connector or 4 color-coded spring-loaded test clips.
Can you calibrate load cells I already own?
Yes. We provide calibration and recalibration with calibration certificates. In-house calibration is free with SensorData electronics, or available for a fee with customer-supplied electronics.
Will it work with my signal conditioner?
The i100 is compatible with AC carrier and DC strain gage signal conditioner electronics. Tell us your model and we will confirm before you order.
