Rolling Wedge Milling Tools replace pointed carbide picks with a rolling wheel that carries nine carbide teeth. Instead of hammering the surface, the tool rolls, wedges and lifts the material away. That uses far less force, keeps the tools cooler and leaves a smoother milled finish.
We build the tools, mounts and drums. Rolling Wedge does not perform milling work, so you keep the job and we keep your tooling costs down.

Can they cut reinforced concrete and rebar?
Yes. The rolling-wedging-lifting action cuts concrete, asphalt and many grades of rebar, wire mesh and some concrete joint dowel bars without jams or stalls, and without switching tools between materials.
Do you also do the milling work?
No. Rolling Wedge manufactures and sells milling tools, drums and mounts only. We do not perform milling, paving or road construction services.
Is there a warranty?
Rolling Wedge Milling Tools are warranted to last 10 times longer than carbide picks in asphalt milling applications. The warranty is limited to a one-time like-for-like replacement, subject to inspection, with tools returned freight prepaid to Peoria, Illinois.
Can I try the tooling first?
A limited 20-day Rolling Wedge Milling Drum evaluation is available for qualifying customers. It is a Try & Buy evaluation, not a general rental program. Ask about eligibility when you request pricing.
