What you get with a Rolling Wedge milling drum
A Rolling Wedge milling drum installs into your existing skid steer planer attachment. Instead of pointed carbide picks that hammer the surface, the drum carries rolling carbide cutters with nine carbide teeth each. They roll, wedge and lift material away, which takes far less force and spreads wear across the whole cutting radius.
We also build tooling for large road milling machines on Roadtec, Caterpillar and Wirtgen platforms. Same rolling-wedging-lifting design, larger tool diameter.

Rolling Wedge milling drums are made for skid steer planer attachments, including Bobcat, Caterpillar, Kubota, Roadhog, Simex and Virnig units, on rubber-tire or track machines. Send us your attachment model and we will confirm the fit.
What cut widths can I get?
Milling drums are available in 18", 24", 30" and 40" cut widths.

Can I try it before buying?

Will it cut concrete and rebar?
Yes. The tools mill concrete, asphalt and many grades of rebar and wire mesh, plus some concrete joint dowel bars, without jams or stalls and without swapping tooling.
Do you sell the skid steer or planer attachment too?
No. Rolling Wedge manufactures and sells milling tools, drums and mounts only. We do not sell machines or attachments and we do not perform milling work.
