Concrete milling tooling built around a rolling cutter
Concrete has low tensile strength, about 20% of its compressive strength. Rolling Wedge tools use that. Nine carbide teeth roll, wedge and lift the material away instead of pounding it like a pointed carbide pick. The tools keep rotating, stay cooler and do not seize up.
Rolling Wedge sells tooling only. We do not perform milling, paving or concrete cutting work. We supply the cutters, drums and mounts that upgrade the milling equipment you already own.

No. Rolling Wedge is a tooling manufacturer. We make and sell milling tools, drums and mounts. We do not perform milling, paving or road construction services.

Will they cut rebar-reinforced concrete?

A limited 20-day Rolling Wedge Milling Drum evaluation is available for qualifying customers. It is an evaluation program, not a general rental program.
Where do you ship, and is there a warranty?
We sell direct across the United States from Peoria, Illinois. Rolling Wedge Milling Tools are warranted to last 10 times longer than carbide picks in asphalt milling applications, limited to a one-time like-for-like replacement after inspection. Call us for shipping details.
