Our polishing is automatic. Deep drawn brass can be high polished all over, then satin polished on the high ridges only. Hand work cannot hold that across volume.

What mirror finish polishing looks like here
A true mirror look can come from polishing, from metallizing, or from plating, and the right route depends on your part, your material and how the part is used. We pick the process that gives you the brightest, most durable result at your volume.
Automatic high polishing turns rough or dull surfaces into bright ones at production scale, including 3D printed parts. Where the substrate cannot be polished to a mirror, aluminum evaporation with a UV topcoat delivers the mirror look instead. This is production work for manufacturers and brand owners, not bench polishing of single items.

Frequently asked questions
Do you polish single items or restore used parts?
No. We are a production finisher for manufacturers and brand owners. We do not take hobby jobs, bench hand polishing of single items, or restoration and replating of used or personal items.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on the part, the substrate, the finish and your volume, so we quote each program after we see the part. Send the details and we will tell you what we need to price it.
Is there a minimum volume?
We are flexible. We are comfortable with moderate volumes as well as super high volumes, with capacity over a million parts per week across more than 20 simultaneous jobs.
Can plastic parts really get a mirror finish?
Yes. Vacuum metallizing with aluminum evaporation and a UV topcoat gives a mirror look on plastic, and the topcoat can be tinted to gold, copper, rose gold and other colors.
Can you match a finish we already use on metal?
Yes. Any finish we achieve on metal can be produced on plastic, so plastic and metal parts in the same product can be color matched.
Where do you work, and how fast can you move?
We serve customers across the United States from our Pawtucket, Rhode Island plant. In-house tooling lets parts move from sampling to production in half the normal lead times.
