What chrome plating on plastic looks like here
Chrome is one of over 30 finishes we plate on plastic. We run what we believe is the most consistent and flexible plating-on-plastic line in the industry. Because any finish we can put on metal we can also put on plastic, a plastic handle and a metal trim piece can leave our plant looking the same.
Work can be decorative or functional. We plate for looks, and we plate for perfect adhesion, solderability and shielding on electronic, medical, plumbing, hardware, cosmetic and food and beverage parts. Engagements are usually annual programs against forecast volumes, not one-off jobs.

Pricing depends on the part size and shape, the plastic, the finish, masking needs and your volume. Send the part details and we will quote your program.
Do you handle small runs or only huge volumes?
We are comfortable with moderate volumes as well as super high volumes. Capacity runs to over a million parts a week across more than twenty jobs at once, so programs can scale as you grow.
Which plastics can you chrome plate?
ABS plus engineering grades such as polycarbonate, Ultem, nylon and LCP. For hard-to-coat plastics we use plasma treatment to promote adhesion without taking away the part's flex.
Can you match chrome on plastic to my metal parts?
Yes. Any finish we can produce on metal we can produce on plastic, so plastic and metal components in the same product can be color matched.
Do you chrome plate personal items or restore old parts?
No. We are a production finishing source for manufacturers and brand owners. We do not take consumer one-off jobs, restoration, refinishing or replating of personal items.
Where are you and do you ship across the country?
We finish everything at our plant at 51 Fairlawn Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and serve customers nationwide as a US domestic source.
