Why accredited investors look at PetroVybe ONE
Own the asset, not a ticker
You take a direct position in Texas oil and natural gas development at the entry point, instead of buying a stock, fund or royalty check.
Backed by real wells and acreage
The program is built on about 400 already-acquired legacy wells and 57 or more planned new vertical wells across a 58,000-acre Gulf Coast Basin position.
Structured for tax-aware investors
Your K-1 passes through Intangible Drilling Costs and depletion. Ask your own tax advisor how these items apply to your return.
Passive role, Texas operator
PetroVybe OpCo LLC holds an operator license with the Texas Railroad Commission and runs the field work, so the position asks for none of your time.
Gas aimed at electricity demand
AI and data center growth is pushing power demand. PetroVybe develops natural gas and natural gas liquids to feed that expanding electricity market.
Documents you can read first
PPM, LPA, Subscription Agreement, engineering reports, KYB/KYC and sample K-1s sit in the investor data room before you decide anything.

Participation begins at one unit of $100,000. Add-on subscriptions start at $25,000. The company does not offer investments under $25,000.
Is this a stock, a fund or a royalty?
None of those. You take a direct working and development interest in Texas oil and natural gas assets. PetroVybe does not sell royalty-only interests to investors.
