Bath transfer chairs come in a standard 400 lb capacity and a 600 lb bariatric capacity. The 600 lb seat is made to fit our wide spa. XXL shower chair models are available for larger users.
Can I buy one chair for use at home?
Yes. Penner sells to homes and home care settings as well as nursing homes, assisted living communities, hospitals and rehab centers. Products are sold for purchase only, not rental.
Do the transfer chairs work with my bathing system?
Penner transfer chairs are designed to integrate with Penner bathing systems, including Cascade, Premier and Pacific, and are available for left, right and end-opening models.
Where do you ship?
Penner sells across the United States and Canada. Vancare patient lifts are only offered in SD, IA, KS, MO, NE, ND and MN. Ask us for delivery details for your address.
Is there a warranty?
Healthcare bathing systems include a 1-year parts warranty. Shower chairs and transfer products may have separate terms, so ask us for the details on the model you choose.
