Do you handle full bathroom remodeling?
No. We do not sell remodeling or renovation packages. The Dream Spa Walk-In Bath is made to fit a standard bathtub space and replace your existing tub, and our shower bases, seats and chairs work with standard bathroom plumbing.
Do you sell to care facilities as well as homes?
Yes. We supply nursing homes, assisted living communities, hospitals and rehab centers, along with residential homeowners. Facility bathing systems come with left, right and end-opening entry options and on-site evaluation and staff training.
Where do you sell and ship?
We sell across the United States and Canada from our plant in Aurora, Nebraska. Vancare patient lifts are only available in SD, IA, KS, MO, NE, ND and MN.
Is there a warranty and parts support?
Healthcare bathing systems include a 1-year parts warranty. Parts ordered before 2 PM CST ship next-day air. Ask us about warranty terms on shower chairs and transfer products.
Can I see the products before I buy?
Yes. Showroom tours are available at our Aurora, Nebraska facility, and we have product videos, spec sheets and architectural drawings you can review.
