What size team do you support?
Managed Teams pods run from 10 to 100+ dedicated FTEs. If you need fewer roles or a faster start, our Virtual Staffing model deploys managed FTEs from existing India infrastructure in 4-8 weeks.
How is pricing set?
Managed Teams uses fully loaded per-FTE pricing. Virtual Staffing is a subscription per FTE or seat. Final pricing depends on roles, skill level, shift coverage and headcount, which we confirm after a scoping call.
Do we need to set up an India entity?
No. Managed Teams and Virtual Staffing run on OwnGCC infrastructure, so no legal entity is required. If you later want ownership, we handle entity formation, FEMA/RBI, transfer pricing and statutory compliance under a BOT or Full GCC engagement.
How do you handle data security?
OwnGCC is ISO 27001:2022 certified with SOC governance. Security stack, endpoint management, identity and network controls are set up and managed as part of the engagement.
