BOT is a structured three-phase engagement. In BUILD we set the strategy, form the India entity, hire the team, fit out the workspace and stand up IT and compliance. In OPERATE we run the captive day to day while you own the work direction. In TRANSFER the entity, people and infrastructure move into your ownership through a structured buy-out.
Pricing is phased: a setup fee, a per-FTE operating fee, and a transfer milestone. If you are not ready for BOT yet, you can start with Virtual Staffing or Managed Teams and convert later.

What if we need capacity sooner than a BOT build allows?
Virtual Staffing starts in 4 to 8 weeks with no legal entity required, and can convert to Managed Teams or BOT later as scale stabilizes.
How big does the team need to be?
Managed Teams pods run from 10 to 100+ FTEs. For BOT, team size depends on the functions you move offshore. We size it with you during the business case.
