Is anything installed on our servers?
No. Planify is browser-based SaaS only. There is no on-premise installation, so your planners can open it from the browser they already use.
What does onboarding involve?
Onboarding is remote and done in small batches. The Planify team helps you connect production data, work orders, routings, work centers and shift calendars, then runs your first finite schedule with you. The ERP connector setup is part of that onboarding, not a separate integration project.
