What goes into a folding and bagging line
A complete line starts with an E-Z Fold folder. Shirts are folded to size, passed down a conveyor, labeled if needed, then dropped into a poly bag and heat sealed. You can buy the whole line or add one machine at a time.
Bag sizes adjust for different garment types, and long sleeves are handled with the LS-4200-S attachment. If your product does not fit a standard setup, our engineers can design a custom machine for it.

Can I buy just the folder or just the bagger?
Yes. The equipment is modular. Many shops start with one machine and add labeling, bagging and conveyors later.
Will it handle long sleeves and sweatshirts?
Yes. The LS-4200-S long-sleeve attachment works with the folding system, and the CV-500 conveyor handles t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts and more.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Machines can be purchased or leased, with financing available through Beacon Funding and Newlane Finance.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the United States from our Covington, Georgia facility. International parts shipping is available via UPS International.
