What our packaging machines do
NEDCO is an OEM, not a reseller. We design, build and support automatic finishing and packaging equipment for the textile and apparel trades. That means folders, baggers and sealers, label applicators, pillow compression machines and the conveyors that tie them together.
Machines can run on their own or as one continuous line. If a standard model does not fit your product size, throughput or floor space, our engineers can build a custom machine for your application.
- MAX-UBII bagger/sealer with automatic bag opening, loading and heat sealing
- T-1000 autobagger in horizontal and wide horizontal models
- SS-series poly bag heat sealers, single and double cylinder (SS-62430, SS-63036)
- E-Z Fold 2000-S and TX-5-S folders, plus the LS-4200-S long-sleeve attachment
- L-15 label applicator up to 800 labels per hour; L-60 up to 3,000 labels per hour
- PC-1000 and PC-3000 pillow compression for pillows, comforters and stuffed goods
- CV-100 and CV-500 conveyors, plus horizontal 6-H, 8-H, 10-H and inclined 5-L to 10-L

How much does a packaging machine cost?
Pricing is available on request. Cost depends on the model, throughput, integration and your facility needs, so we quote each line after we understand your products. Financing is available through Beacon Funding or Newlane Finance.
Can the machines work with equipment we already have?
Our conveyors and machines are modular and designed to connect NEDCO folding, labeling, bagging and sealing stations into one line. Tell us your current setup and we will advise what will integrate.
Do you build custom packaging machines?
Yes. When your product dimensions, throughput, integration points or floor space fall outside our standard lines, our engineering team designs and manufactures equipment to your specification.
Where do you ship, and do you support the machines after the sale?
We ship nationwide across the United States from Covington, Georgia, and ship parts internationally via UPS International. We supply OEM replacement parts, consumables and annual preventative maintenance agreements.
Do you make packaging machines for food or medical products?
No. We build finishing and packaging equipment for the textile and apparel trades only, including garments, bedding and other soft goods.
