Poly Bag Sealers for Textile and Apparel Packaging
NEDCO has built sealing and bagging equipment for screen printers, decorators, apparel makers, textile mills and fulfillment centers since 1989. Our SS-series heat sealers close poly bags on the spot, while the MAX-UBII opens, loads and seals bags with no manual handling between steps.

Do your bag sealers come with a cutter?
Our standard SS-series machines are heat sealers for poly bags, and the MAX-UBII opens, loads and heat seals bags. Tell us exactly what your job needs and we will confirm what a standard machine does or engineer a custom solution for your product.
How much does a bag sealer cost?
Pricing is available on request because it depends on the model, bag size and how the machine ties into your line. Financing and leasing are available through Beacon Funding and Newlane Finance.
Will it work with my folding line?
Yes. Our sealers and baggers are designed to work with E-Z Fold folding systems, L-15 and L-60 label applicators and CV-100 or CV-500 conveyors for one continuous packaging line.
Can I get parts and supplies later?
Yes. We are the OEM, so we stock sealing wire, Teflon sheets and 16 inch rolls, belts and wicketed poly bags. Order by phone, email or through the EZ Supplys online store. Parts for old UBII reconditioned sealers are available too.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the United States from our Covington, Georgia plant. Parts ship FOB Atlanta, GA 30058 via UPS or FedEx, and international parts shipping is available via UPS International.
Do you serve small shops?
Yes. We work with small and mid-size shops building a first automated line as well as high-volume continuous production plants. We will size the equipment to your volume.
