STM tips and probes we supply
Molecular Imaging makes tips for scanning tunneling microscopy and the systems they run on. The etched platinum-iridium PT-10 tip has a sharp etched apex for atomic-scale surface imaging and spectroscopic characterization. The insulated Pt-Ir PT-10 tip adds an insulated design that reduces current flow, specified at less than 70 pA, for sensitive and in-liquid work.

Will these tips work with my STM system?

Can I order other STM parts at the same time?
