Probe holders and nose cones we supply
Our probe holders are the interchangeable nose cones that mount your probe on the scanner head. Each one is built for a different technique, so you can move from topography to electrical or electrochemical work on the same instrument.

Will the holder fit my Agilent 5500 or 4500?
Our nose cones and cantilever holders are made for Molecular Imaging and Agilent AFM/STM platforms, including the 5500 PicoPlus and 4500 PicoSTM. Share your model so we can confirm before you order.
Can one instrument run several techniques?
Yes. The nose cones are interchangeable, so the same system can run standard AFM, MAC Mode, STM, conductive AFM and SECM by swapping the holder.
Do you sell the probes as well?
Yes. We supply AFM cantilevers and probes for contact, tapping and liquid imaging, MAC Levers, MFM and diamond-coated cantilevers, and etched, insulated and tungsten STM tips.
