AFM tips, cantilevers and probes we supply

Do your probes work with non-Molecular Imaging AFMs?
Yes. Our cantilevers and probes are compatible with all major brand AFM systems.
How much do AFM tips cost?
Pricing is available on request for most cantilevers and probes. The STM Insulated Pt-Ir Tip PT-10 is listed at $10.00. Send your list and we will quote it.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order quantities are not set out here. Tell us how many probes you need and we will confirm what we can supply in your quote.
Which probe should I use for soft samples in liquid?
MAC Levers with paramagnetic coating are made for MAC Mode imaging of DNA, proteins and other soft samples in aqueous media. Liquid tapping Si3N4-L-10 is another option for biological and polymer samples.
Do you sell probes for electrical or magnetic measurements?
Yes. Conductive contact cantilevers support simultaneous topography and electrical property measurement, and the MFM-10 cantilever maps magnetic domains at the nanoscale.
Can I order holders and calibration samples too?
Yes. We supply cantilever holders and nose cones for standard, MAC Mode, STM, conductive and SECM use, plus mica and gold substrates, gratings and step-height standards.
