Molecular Imaging was revived in 2018 by former Molecular Imaging and Agilent people after Keysight left the AFM market. The same engineers who built and supported these instruments now repair, calibrate, upgrade and configure them.

Which instruments do you service?
ZoomAFM services Agilent 5500 and Agilent 4500 systems, along with Molecular Imaging AFM and STM instruments. Work covers hardware and software problems, maintenance, calibration and upgrades.
What do AFM services cost?
Pricing is quoted per system, because the work depends on the fault, the parts needed and the configuration. Send your model and a description of the problem and we will quote it.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. Repairs use genuine Agilent parts replacement. We also supply our own scanners, nose cones, probes and cantilevers, liquid cells, sample plates and calibration standards.
Can you help without visiting our lab?
Often yes. ZoomAFM Fast Online Service provides remote technical support and diagnostics through online meetings. On-site repair service is also available.
Do you serve labs outside Michigan?
Yes. We are based at 30100 Telegraph Rd #337, Bingham Farms, MI, and serve research labs across the United States.
Can you upgrade or customize our AFM?
Yes. We configure systems from our modular platform across the 5500, 5100 and 5420 series, and add modules such as MAC Mode AFM, electrochemical AFM, conductive AFM and the Environmental Isolation Chamber.
