Send a print and a quantity. We machine from brass, bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, nickel alloys and engineering plastics, then finish and inspect the parts before they ship.

What quantities do you run?
We handle prototypes and low-volume work through high-volume production. Single-spindle work suits 500 to 3,000 piece runs, and multi-spindle is built for runs of 500 or more.
How is pricing set?
Price depends on the part geometry, material, tolerances, finishing and quantity. Send your print and quantity and we will quote your specific job.
Do you make standard catalog screws and fasteners?
No. We are a contract manufacturer making custom parts to your print. We do not sell off-the-shelf hardware at retail.
What materials can you machine?
Brass, bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, nickel alloys and engineering-grade plastics.
Can you plate and finish the parts too?
Yes. Hard chrome, zinc, nickel, gold, black oxide, Teflon coating, polishing, powder coating and tumble deburring are done in-house, along with light assembly.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We are in San Leandro, California and supply manufacturers across the United States.
