Prototype through high volume
35 single-spindle screw machines cover short and medium runs. Multi-spindle machines handle 500+ piece runs with up to 16 operations per setup.
In-house tooling with wire EDM
We cut our own custom tooling on our wire EDM, so special tools add next to no lead time and very low cost.

Founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and still family-run, with work in aerospace, defense and ordnance, medical and electronics.
Aerospace and defense parts we machine
Send a print and we match the part to the right process: single-spindle or multi-spindle screw machining for volume, Swiss-type CNC for small complex parts, CNC turning with live tooling and sub-spindle for multi-feature work, 4-axis milling, wire EDM for sharp internal corners and hardened alloys, and water jet cutting in a 62 in x 62 in envelope.
Finishing is handled here too, so parts arrive ready to install. Every run is inspected under our ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 D compliant quality system with dimensional traceability.

Do you machine parts for defense and ordnance programs?
Yes. Aerospace and defense/ordnance manufacturers are among the industries we serve. Parts are made under an ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 D compliant quality system, with Mil-I-45208A compliance and full traceability.
What tolerances and finishes can you hold?
Swiss-type CNC screw machining holds features as close as ±0.0001 in. Centerless grinding holds diameter tolerances to 0.0001 in with finishes as fine as 4 µin on parts from 1/32 in to 2-1/4 in diameter.
Do you take prototypes, or only production runs?
Both. We run prototype and low-volume work, single-spindle screw machining for runs in the 500 to 3,000 piece range, and multi-spindle machining for high-volume runs of 500 or more pieces.
What materials do you machine?
Stainless steel, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminum, carbon steel, nickel alloys and engineering-grade plastics. Wire EDM also cuts hardened steels, tool steels, carbide and other high-strength conductive alloys.
How is pricing set?
We do not publish set prices. Cost depends on the print: material, tolerances, features, finishing and quantity. Send your drawing and quantity and we will quote it.

Yes. We are a contract manufacturer serving US manufacturers nationwide from our facility at 699 Montague Avenue, San Leandro, CA.
