What We Machine for You
Send a print and we will tell you the best way to make it. Simple pins may run on a multi-spindle machine for the lowest cost per piece. Small, slender or complex parts run Swiss-type. Parts with both turned and milled features run on CNC turning with live tooling and sub-spindle, or on our 4-axis mill.
We machine stainless steel, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminum, carbon steel, nickel alloys and engineering plastics. Finishing and plating are done here too, so parts arrive ready to install.

Do you take small or prototype orders?
Yes. We handle prototype quantities and low-volume production, then scale the same part up to high-volume runs when you are ready.
What quantity makes multi-spindle worth it?
Multi-spindle screw machining suits runs of 500 or more pieces. Single-spindle work fits short to medium runs, often 500 to 3,000 pieces. We will recommend the best fit for your volume.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the part geometry, material, tolerances, finishing and quantity. Send your print and we will quote your specific job.
Which materials can you machine?
Stainless steel, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminum, carbon steel, nickel alloys and engineering-grade plastics.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We are in San Leandro, California, and provide contract manufacturing for manufacturers across the United States.
Can you plate and finish the parts too?
Yes. Hard chrome, zinc, nickel, gold, black oxide and Teflon coating, plus polishing, powder coating and tumble deburring, are done in-house. We also offer light assembly.
