Aerospace Machining Capabilities
We machine aerospace, defense and ordnance components from bar stock: shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, fittings, connectors, flanges, couplings, threaded fasteners, inserts and miniature precision parts. Live tooling and sub-spindle CNC turning let us finish cross-ports, hex profiles, threads and O-ring grooves in one setup, so critical feature relationships stay true.
When a part needs sharp internal corners or features in hardened alloy, our in-house wire EDM handles it, and we cut our own tooling as needed. Finishing and plating are done here too, so parts arrive ready to install.

What is your minimum order?
We handle prototypes and low-volume work as well as production. Single-spindle runs suit 500 to 3,000 pieces, and multi-spindle is best for 500 or more. Tell us your quantity and we will quote the best process.
Which materials can you machine?
Stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, carbon steel, nickel alloys and engineering-grade plastics.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the part geometry, material, tolerances, finishing and quantity. Send your print and volume and we will quote it.
Can you finish and plate the parts too?
Yes. Hard chrome, zinc, nickel, gold, black oxide, Teflon coating, polishing, powder coating and tumble deburring are all done in-house, along with light assembly.
