Aerospace CNC Machining Capabilities
We machine complex aerospace components from bar stock: shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, fittings, connectors, flanges, couplings, threaded fasteners, inserts and miniature precision parts. CNC turning with live tooling and sub-spindle lets us complete turned and milled features in one setup, so critical feature relationships stay true.
Material choice matters in aerospace. We machine stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, nickel alloys and engineering-grade plastics, then finish them in-house with hard chrome, nickel, zinc, gold, black oxide or Teflon coating.

Do you hold aerospace quality requirements?
Yes. Parts are produced and inspected under our ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 D quality system with full dimensional traceability, and we comply with Mil-I-45208A.
What is your minimum order for aerospace parts?
We handle prototypes and low-volume production as well as high-volume runs. Single-spindle screw machining suits 500 to 3,000 pieces, and multi-spindle is best for runs of 500 or more. Send your quantity and we will quote the right process.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on part geometry, material, tolerance, finish and quantity. We do not publish set prices. Send your print and volume and we will quote your specific part.
Which materials can you machine?
Stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, nickel alloys and engineering-grade plastics. Hardened steels and tool steels can be cut by wire EDM.
Can you finish and plate parts too?
Yes. Hard chrome, zinc, nickel, gold, black oxide and Teflon coating, plus polishing, powder coating and tumble deburring, are done in-house. We also offer light assembly so parts arrive ready to install.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We are a contract manufacturer serving US manufacturers nationwide from our shop in San Leandro, California.
