How is a sheet metal fabrication quote priced?
Pricing depends on the part design, material, process, finishing and annual volume, plus tooling. Send your drawings and volumes and we will quote your specific part.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We support both prototype and pilot builds through to high-volume OEM production. Tell us your volume and we will confirm what fits in the quote.
Do you make the tooling too?
Yes. Our in-house tool room designs and builds dies, moulds, jigs and fixtures, with DFM review and simulation before machining, plus T0 and T1 trials.
Can you finish and assemble the parts?
Yes. Painting, welding, anodising, plating and heat treatment are available, and we also build mechanical, hybrid metal-plastic and electro-mechanical assemblies.

What quality documents do you provide?
