Marcus supplies extruded aluminium profiles through a certified partner network across India, Vietnam and China. The anodising happens in our own finishing facility, sited next to our machining shop, so profiles move less and quality stays consistent.
You can order plain profiles, or have us cut, machine, anodise and assemble them into a finished part. Everything is made under our IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 quality framework, with FAIR, APQP and PPAP documentation when your programme calls for it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you extrude the profiles yourselves?
The extrusion is done through our certified partner network in India, Vietnam and China, under our IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 framework with supplier audits and FAIR inspection. The anodising is done in house by Marcus.
What kind of anodising can you do?
We offer Type II standard anodising and Type III hard anodising. Type III is produced to consistent batch-to-batch quality for aerospace and precision industrial parts.
How is the price worked out?
Price depends on the profile section, alloy, length, any tooling, machining, the anodising type and your annual volume. Send your drawing and volumes and we will quote against them.
Is there a minimum order?
Marcus works with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers from prototype runs through to high-volume production. Minimums are set per project, so tell us your volume and we will confirm what works.
Can you machine and assemble the profiles too?
Yes. We machine on 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC centres to plus/minus 0.005mm on critical features, and we assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies in house.
