Custom aluminum extrusions, machined and finished
Marcus produces aluminium extrusions through a certified partner network spanning India, Vietnam and China. You deal with one team at Marcus, and we manage the plant, the quality paperwork and the shipment.
Because we also run die casting, more than 20 CNC machining centres and an in-house finishing shop, your profiles can arrive cut, machined, coated and assembled instead of as raw lengths.

Do you extrude the profiles yourselves?
Extrusions are produced through our certified partner network across India, Vietnam and China. Marcus manages the programme, and every partner works under our IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 framework with supplier audits and FAIR inspection.
Can you machine and finish the extrusions?
Yes. We run more than 20 in-house CNC machining centres, including 3/4/5-axis VMC and turn-mill, plus in-house anodising, powder coating, plating, blasting and deburring.
How is pricing worked out?
We do not publish prices. Cost depends on the profile, alloy, tolerances, finish, secondary operations and annual volume. Send your drawing and volumes and we will quote your part.
Do you supply one-off or hobby orders?
No. Marcus serves OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers with build-to-print production parts. We do not sell catalogue stock, raw alloy or single-piece DIY jobs.
Can you ship outside India?
Yes. We are an export-focused manufacturer based in Coimbatore, India, serving customers in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, Mexico, Vietnam, India and the Middle East.
Can I combine extrusions with other parts?
Yes. Many customers add die castings, stampings, forgings, plastic mouldings and finished assemblies to the same supply agreement, so one partner handles the whole build.
