A torque hinge has one job: hold the panel where the user leaves it. Getting that right takes a torque profile matched to your weight, arc and target unit cost. We do not sell from a catalog. Every hinge is engineered for your application, then made on our own tooling.
Our engineers specialize in parts that pivot on a horizontal axis and control movement against gravity. If you need a set holding angle, smooth friction through the whole arc, or a detent that clicks into position, we design it, test it and build it.

Do you sell standard torque hinges from a catalog?
No. We have no standard catalog and do not sell stock hardware to end users. Every hinge is custom engineered to an OEM's specification, tolerances and budget.
What does a torque hinge cost?
Pricing is quoted per program. It depends on design complexity, materials, tolerances, production volume and tooling. Send your requirement and we will quote it.
Is there a minimum order?
There are no minimum-order constraints. Because every part is custom engineered, we support programs from 5,000 units up to 5,000,000+ units.
Can you take over a hinge our current supplier dropped?
Yes. We handle production transition and tooling transfer, including tool qualification, first-article inspection and validation against the original supplier's specification.
How do you prove the hinge holds torque over its life?
We test in house before tooling is cut: cycle-life testing, force and torque measurement across the motion arc, hold-at-angle testing and environmental exposure testing.
Where are the parts made and where do you ship?
Parts are made at our plant at 1776 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio. We ship to OEM customers across North America, Europe and Asia.
