Do you sell stainless continuous hinges from stock?
No. We do not have a standard catalog and we do not sell stock hardware to end users. Every hinge we make is custom engineered to an OEM customer's specification.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not apply catalog minimum-order constraints. Programs typically run from 5,000 to 5,000,000 or more components, and we support both high-volume production and lower-volume specialty programs.
How is pricing set?
Each program is quoted on its own. Price depends on design complexity, material, tolerances, production volume and tooling needs. Tooling, prototyping and engineering support are quoted as part of program development.
Can you take over a hinge our current supplier discontinued?
Yes. We handle production transition, tooling transfer and qualification, first-article inspection and validation against the original specification, keeping form, fit and function compatible.
What materials and finishes can you run?
Stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, aluminum, spring steel and specialty alloys for high-temperature or corrosive environments. Tell us the environment and we will recommend the material and finish in the quote.
Where are the hinges made and where do you ship?
They are made at our plant at 1776 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio. We serve OEM customers across North America, Europe and Asia, with the United States as our primary market.
