Industrial Hinge and Motion Control Capabilities
Industrial OEMs come to us when a standard hinge will not fit, will not hold, or will not hit the target unit cost. We design the hinge around the panel, not the other way around. That includes hinges that pivot on a horizontal axis and parts that control movement counter to gravity.

Do you sell industrial hinges from stock?
No. We do not sell off-the-shelf or catalog hardware. Every hinge we make is custom engineered to an OEM customer's specification.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We do not apply catalog minimums because each program is custom engineered. Programs range from 5,000 to 5,000,000+ components.
How is pricing set?
Each program is quoted on design complexity, materials, tolerances, production volume and tooling needs. Tooling, prototyping and engineering support are quoted as part of program development.
Can you build a spring hinge that holds a heavy cover open?
Yes. We make spring, hydraulic, constant-force and custom torque-curve counterbalances, plus gas-spring alternatives, tuned to the weight and motion arc of your panel.
Can you take over a part our current supplier dropped?
Yes. We handle production transition, tooling transfer and qualification, first-article inspection and validation against the original supplier's specs, keeping form, fit and function.
Where do you manufacture and who do you ship to?
We manufacture in Mansfield, Ohio and ship to OEM customers across North America, Europe and Asia, with the United States as our primary market.
