Enclosure and electrical box hinges we engineer
Industrial enclosures, machinery guards, utility cabinets and electrical boxes all need doors that open the same way on part one and part one million. We build the hinge, counterbalance or closure mechanism that makes that happen, then stamp and assemble it in Ohio.
We specialize in parts that pivot on a horizontal axis and parts that move against gravity, such as heavy access covers that need to stay open for service work.

Can I buy enclosure hinges off the shelf from you?
No. We do not sell catalog or stock hardware. Every hinge we make is custom engineered for one OEM application and built to that customer's print.
How is an enclosure hinge priced?
Each program is quoted on its own. Price depends on design complexity, materials, tolerances, production volume and tooling needs. Tooling, prototyping and engineering support are quoted as part of the program.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no catalog minimum-order rules. Programs run from 5,000 to 5,000,000+ components, and we support both high-volume production and lower-volume specialty runs.
Our current hinge supplier dropped the program. Can you take it over?
Yes. We handle production transitions, including tooling transfer and qualification, first-article inspection and validation against the original supplier's specifications, while keeping form, fit and function.
What materials work for outdoor or washdown electrical enclosures?
We produce in stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, aluminum, spring steel and specialty alloys, and can tune material and finish to corrosive, outdoor or high-temperature conditions.
Where are the hinges made and where do you ship?
Everything is made at our plant at 1776 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio. We ship to OEM customers across North America, Europe and Asia.
