Is there a minimum order?
No. We do not apply catalog minimum order quantities because every part is custom engineered. Programs run from 5,000 to 5,000,000+ components.
Can you replace a gas spring in our design?
Yes. Gas-spring alternative counterbalance mechanisms are one of our core categories. We match the lift assist and hold function using spring, hydraulic or constant-force designs.
Do you sell single counterbalance hinges or stock hardware?
No. We are a custom manufacturer for OEMs. We do not sell off-the-shelf hardware, and we do not supply replacement parts to homeowners.
Can you take over an existing counterbalance from another supplier?
Yes. We handle production transition, tooling transfer and qualification, first-article inspection and validation against the original supplier's specs, and we often value engineer the part during the move.
Where are the parts made and where do you ship?
Parts are made at our plant at 1776 Harrington Memorial Road in Mansfield, Ohio. We deliver to OEM customers across North America, Europe and Asia.
