There are no standard catalog minimums. Programs typically run from 5,000 to 5,000,000+ components, and we support both high-volume production and lower-volume specialty runs.
How is pricing set?
Each program is quoted on design complexity, materials, tolerances, production volume and tooling requirements. Prototyping and engineering support are quoted as part of program development.
What materials can you use?
Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, spring steel and specialty alloys for high-temperature or corrosive environments. Stainless is common for medical casegoods and food-contact applications.
Can you take over a continuous hinge our current supplier dropped?
Yes. We handle production transition, tooling transfer and qualification, first-article inspection and validation against the original supplier's specs, keeping form, fit and function.
